Didn’t make it to Bouchercon! The event was cancelled two weeks before event was to start because of Covid 19. Very disappointed, as I was on a panel and had a book signing set up. However, it was a blessing in disguise, as Hurricane Ida arrived instead!

I have a new member of the family! My second Great Dane, his name is Finn. He’s now 10 months old and over 115 pounds and five hands high. Lots of puppy love! My first Great Dane, Apollo, passed away September 2020, he was over 10 years old.

Looking forward to a Writers Retreat starting October 31, 2021 starting out in San Diego…on a Holland America cruise ship! I love cruising. I’ll be doing lots of writing while the floating hotel takes me to Santa Barbara, San Francisco, Ensenada Mexico, and Catalina Island.

In 2022, I’m planning a river cruise on the Rhine – looking for new ideas for new books!

Here on the island of Kauai, I’m a part of a women’s service group that fundraises to offer community college nursing scholarships. Always lots to do!
